Blue Devils Athletic Club is a track and field and cross country program that provides local athletes a chance to train and compete in a high level atmosphere. With a coaching staff that is still competing at provincial, national and international levels they can easily bridge the gap between athlete and coach and push the kids to new levels.

Tristan is always learning and figuring out ways to help his athletes achieve their goals . He relies heavily on his ability to adapt on the fly and his strong sense in training theory. In his free time he runs the occasional marathon sporting a PR of 2:33!

We want everyone to get to know tristan a little better so here are some fun facts! 👇

Keeping the ball rolling for National Coaches Week, we have Ben Devito.

Ben is the head distance coach of our high school group and has been coaching with Blue Devils for 15 years! (👴). He is also a U of T Track and Field alumnus, where he still holds the third-fastest 1000m time in program history. 🏃‍♂️⚡️

Through years of dedication (and plenty of trial and error!), he has dialled in the recipe for success. Ben has coached runners all the way to the provincial, national, and international stages 🌎.

We’d love for everyone to get to know our head distance coach a little better. Check out some fun facts about Coach Ben below! 👇
