True North Senior Women practice on-water from late April until the end of September, using both dragon boats and outrigger canoes to develop strength and technical skills. Training early mornings on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is an opportunity to witness the glorious sunrise on Lake Ontario. It’s always bittersweet when a season comes to an end, and this season saw some incredible successes for True North Senior Women, culminating in winning gold, keeping our Canadian National Division Championship title, and punching our ticket to the 2026 Club Crew World Championships in Hualien, Taiwan!
