Jay Shetty Weaponized Hayden’s Story for PR — Here’s How 08/26/2026

Jay Shetty used Hayden’s death for self promotion.

What happens when a public statement that appears to be about supporting someone else also happens to reinforce the speaker’s own credibility, reputation, and brand?

In this video, I break down Jay Shetty’s Instagram post about Hayden—not to debate whether he was “allowed” to speak, but to examine what the communication itself is doing.

Check out the new video here âŹ‡ïž

Ok, sorry guys I didn’t account for the fact Brittany Romano would CONTINUE TO SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL!!

I guess Vanity Fair & Conde Nast had no faith she would act like an adult & clean this up herself.

I am just honestly gobsmacked by this insane spiral while having been photographed with a press pass!!

And when the BOSS moves in, , you know you are in BIG TROUBLE.

Good for them. Their response was FANTASTIC.

I imagine they may be a bit concerned about her continued spiral so wanted to get ahead of it.

Fascinating speed she burned her brand down within.

And damn these crazy people dragging me back into following their crash outs 🙃

I honestly think you need at least a smidge of shame and humility to see this as a PR crisis.. so Brittany Romani likely does not

In fact from what I can see, Lindsay Clancy’s long term friend, is doubling down saying her & Lindsay look at each other in the courtroom, telling people to jump off bridges, & threatening her lawyer boyfriend is going to to sue people.

It’s a
 choice

Maybe & have a bit more shame than her. Likely not. But we will see if they say anything.

Well, there you go.

If you are curious about your liver function just head to the local bar with some friends.

If you get drunk the fastest your liver sucks.

If you can hold your alcohol your liver is doing fab.

I CANNOT EVEN BELIEVE this was not only said but someone edited this interview & thought it was a good idea to keep it in.

Don’t listen to people like this.

The symptom is real. But that doesn’t mean hormones are the whole story.

We’ve gotten way too comfortable explaining every symptom with one word: “hormones”
then following it up with a peptide that can help with that.

Take your posture.

When your head is forward, shoulders are rounded, and your ribcage collapses, you’re changing the mechanics of your breathing.

Your diaphragm can’t move as efficiently.

Your abdominal organs have less room to move.

Your gut can be affected.

And you can increase the physical signals your brain interprets as stress or threat—which can feed right back into that lovely little anxiety/overwhelm loop. 🙃

So yes, perimenopause can change things.

But your physiology is more than your hormones.

Your breathing.
Your posture.
Your movement.
Your digestion.
Your nervous system.
Your sleep.
Your muscle mass.
Your environment.

Your body is one interconnected system.

And sometimes the answer isn’t “How do I manage this symptom?”

It’s:

“What conditions are making this symptom worse?”

That’s a VERY different question. 👀

Neutrogena gave the most chat GPT, f*ck women’s mental health corporate BS response I’ve seen in a long time.

After over 15 years in branding & PR my jaw hit the ground when I saw this was their response.

What do you think? Is this satisfactory? Better or worse than you thought?

Sad they didn’t care a less when Hayden was alive & clearly still don’t.

STOP WITH JUNK VOLUME!! Running is bad ❌

Just kidding.

Turns out nothing actually happens to your metabolism at 40 (as proven by research) and you are allowed to still do the sports you love.

What are you training for?

I don’t think most women over 40 actually miss “working out.”
I mean I know I never did 🙃

We miss feeling athletic.

We miss being the woman who ran.
Who lifted.
Who signed up for things.
Who trusted her body.
Who looked at something hard and thought:

Yeah, I could probably do that.

And somewhere between work, stress, burnout, injuries, hormones, kids, life

“I’m an athlete” became:

“I used to be.”

That’s the part nobody talks about.

Because maybe you don’t need another lecture about bone density, metabolism, or why exercise is important after 40.

Maybe you need something that makes you want to use your body again.

Something to train for.
Something to get better at.
Something that makes you feel capable again.

Because exercise is something you do.

Training is something you’re becoming capable of.

And no — you do not need to already be an athlete to start.

Training is how you become one.

This is exactly what I’m getting into on the next episode of strong.ER After 40.

Your athletic years are not behind you.

Maybe you just haven’t decided what you’re training for next. đŸ”„

Burnout isn’t something you can always mindset your way out of because chronic stress and overwhelm don’t just live in your thoughts.

They change your biology.

Prolonged stress can affect mitochondrial function, energy production, muscle tension, recovery, sleep, pain and the way your nervous system responds to the world around you.

Which is exactly why I think we have fitness backwards after 40.

We tend to think:

“I’m too stressed to work out.”
“I’m exhausted. I’ll start again when life calms down.”
“I don’t have the capacity for exercise right now.”

But movement is one of the ways we rebuild that capacity.

Every walk.
Every strength session.
Every workout scaled to meet the body you have today.

Any deposit into Health increases your ability to handle the rest of your life.

Exercise supports mental health.
Strength helps restore physical capacity.
Movement gives chronic tension somewhere to go.
And a stronger, better-conditioned body is generally more capable of recovering from stress.

That doesn’t mean pushing harder when you’re already depleted.

Sometimes the smartest training decision is reducing volume, lowering intensity or choosing recovery.

But “I’m stressed, so I shouldn’t move” is very different from “I’m stressed, so I need to train differently.”

That distinction matters.

Especially after 40.

I have spots open for a Sept start for training & nervous system coaching.

Link is in my bio.

I mean there is a reason the joke “no one loves running we just have more trauma” will forever live within the running community 🙃

But for real.

The secret to happiness:

Lace up for a run then lift heavy s**t.
