September is here, and our Fall Schedule officially rolls out September 8th! 🥋

We’re excited to welcome back some classes and introduce new training opportunities for our GB Vancouver students:

🥋 11AM & 12PM Adult Class types are updated!
🥋 4PM Junior/Teens Classes return to the schedule
⭐ NEW! Mondays 5PM Advanced Kids Class — Ages 6–7
Instructor approval required for attendance

Be sure to check the updated schedule and plan your training for the fall!

🚨Summer Schedule Starts Monday, June 29🚨

Please note the following schedule changes:

Kids Program
• Monday–Friday (Ages 5–9): Class time changes from 4:10 PM to 4:00 PM
• Monday 5pm Ages 7–9 class has been removed.

Adult Program
• Monday 7:00 PM class has been removed.
• Wednesday 7:00 AM class has been removed.
SUNDAY OPEN MAT - Removed
All other classes remain the same.
