Nitinat Lake | August 19-23, 2026

Trade your routine for wind, water, and a few days that feel a little off the grid, in the best way.

This August, we’re heading to Nitinat Lake for a 4-night, rustic retreat designed around movement, nature, and shared experience. In collaboration with Elevation Kiteboarding, you’ll spend your days on the water learning kiteboarding or wingfoiling, and your evenings slowing down with good food, connection, and that post-sun, salty-air kind of energy.

Think early mornings by the lake, full days outside, and nights that turn into stories, laughter, and instant community.

This isn’t about perfection or performance.
It’s about trying something new, being outside, and staying a while.

What the experience looks like:

– Daily kiteboarding or wingfoiling lessons (~3 hours/day)
– Boat access in and out of a remote lakeside camp
– Daily mobility + recovery sessions with @josiejoylawless
– Evenings grounded in shared dinners + connection
– Access to kayaks, SUPs, and hiking
– Signature Sweat & Social swag bags (these ones are going to be epic) + giveaways

You’ll be living simply, close to the water, and fully in it. A mix of movement, rest, and a slower rhythm that’s hard to find in the city.

A few things to know:

– All levels welcome (beginners included)
– Come solo or with a friend
– Accommodation options range from shared cabins to glamping tents
– Limited spots available
