The sun may be going down… but the racing is just getting started. 💡

This Saturday night we’re firing up the lights and bringing the action to the track for a night of fast laps, big moves, cheering from the sidelines, and all the BMX energy we can pack into one evening!

Victoria BMX is proud to host a 2027 BMX Canada National Weekend!

July 30 - August 1, 2027

Almost 20 years to the day after Victoria hosted the 2007 UCI BMX World Championships, we're back on the national stage.

It's going to take all hands on deck to make it a success. Information regarding volunteer sign-up for Snack Shack, raffles, 50/50 and more will be coming in the coming weeks and months as planning begins this off-season.

1. Parking 🛻
If the upper lot is full, please do not park along the fence as it congests the lot further. WSPR has asked that everyone only park in designated stalls. If the upper lot is full, please pull down to the lower lot.

2. Trash Pandas 🦝
It's that time of year again when our local trash panda population likes to get into our garbage cans. If you're visiting the track outside of event times, please have a quick peek to make sure a furry bandit isn't stuck inside.

3. Track Protection💪
If you're at the track and notice visitors causing damage - including using RC cars, e-dirt bikes, or throwing lacrosse balls against our registration shed or objects against our track surfaces - and you're not comfortable asking them to stop and leave, please notify our executive immediately.

The 2026 season is winding down, which means it’s time to VOTE FOR OUR YEAR-END AWARDS! 🎉

We want to hear from YOU!

Have you noticed a rider who has made HUGE improvements in their riding, skills and race craft this season? 🚲💨

What about a rider who consistently shows amazing sportsmanship and leadership — on and off the track? 🙌

This is your chance to help recognize the riders who have worked hard, supported others and made an impact at Victoria BMX this season. Get your votes in and help give them the recognition they deserve! 🧡🖤

📋 A few housekeeping notes: Each registered member gets a vote. Parents may vote by proxy for younger riders. Votes for yourself will not be counted once voting closes. If you feel more than one rider deserves consideration for an award, you can include additional names — these will also help with tie-breakers if needed.
