A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, performed, participated, sponsored, and helped bring this community celebration to life. From the family fun and entertainment to the races, activities, and countless moments of connection, it was a fantastic day made possible by the people who call Westshore home.

We're especially grateful to our sponsors, community partners, elected officials, volunteers, staff, and event participants whose enthusiasm and support helped create such a memorable experience for all.

Victoria Grizzlies Hockey Is Back Tonight! πŸ’

The Victoria Grizzlies welcome the Surrey Eagles for their Home Opener & Bear Country Kickoff Party tonight at The Q Centre!

The party starts at 5:30 PM outside The Q Centre and features a live band, BBQ, beer gardens, family activities & face painting! Puck drop is at 7:00 PM!

Don't forget: Adult tickets start at just $10 in the Viking Value Section, and all local youth 18 and under get in free of charge when accompanied by an adult (limit of 2 youth tickets per adult).

The Sledge/Para Hockey season kicks off on Saturday, September 19 at 4:00 PM at JDF Arena!

We offer two registration options:

1. Try a Drop-In Session
