Daily workshops ages (6-18) will enjoy a fun filled day of soccer; hip-hop dance classes, Synergy yoga .
This 5-day program will give kids a chance to try new activities and be able to practice these new activities in a safe fun environment. Groups will be broken up into smaller groups based on age, also do activities as a large group and spend some time integrated with other kids from Embody Life movement camps.
