Your core isn’t gone — it just needs reconnection!
Skip crunches — think deep core awareness.
Exercises:
o Pelvic rocking- sitting tall, rock your sitting bones back and forth on your mat. 1 minute
o Heel slides- lie on your mat with feet flat. On the exhale drawn your core up and in while you extend one leg at a time along the floor.
o Dead Bug prep> Dead Bug- bring your shins parallel to your mat. Move one limb at a time closer to the mat, keeping your spine in the same position. Progress to one arm and one leg together. 1 minute
o Glute bridge with exhale- inhale and lift your arms overhead. Exhale and lift your hips high while your arms come up and over to your sides. Intake back to starting position. 1 minute
o Side-lying leg lifts- lie on your side with legs stacked. Exhale and hover your leg in the air. 30 seconds per side
Your foundation: breath ➡️ control ➡️ strength.
