AERIAL SLING — 8 WEEK SESSIONS ✨
Starting this Sunday.
Sundays @ 4:00PM
May 10th – June 28th
Move differently. Feel differently.
In this class, you’ll begin building sequences and combinations to a set piece of music—exploring movement quality, musicality, and fluid transitions through the sling. Students will have the option to work with spinning as they grow more comfortable and confident in the apparatus.
This session is designed to help you develop:
✧ Flow and movement connection
✧ Musicality and timing
✧ Fluid transitions and sequencing
✧ Strength, control, and aerial awareness
✧ Confidence in your movement style
Whether you’re looking to expand your aerial vocabulary, challenge your coordination, or simply move in a way that feels expressive and freeing, this class creates space to explore artistry in the air.

This level focuses on creating stronger foundations through longer holds, cleaner lines, fluid transitions, and connecting movements together with greater control and confidence. Expect strength, endurance, and flow to become part of your movement language.

Designed for advanced polers ready to push past their limits, this session will challenge your strength, endurance, and control at the highest level. Every class demands precision, power, and full commitment.
