I’ve always believed Sweat Equity to be more than just a gym, so it’s been a privilege watching so many of you grow over the past 6½ years. I couldn’t be happier for each of you. Cent’anni!

And thank you for the love received this weekend after my truck was obliterated by a drunk driver early Friday evening.

Fortunately, I had just returned to the gym from a meeting and decided to finish some cardio from an earlier workout—a decision fuelled by discipline that may have spared me from a far worse outcome.
