“Took the High Impact class with Jordyne and it was absolutely killer, in the best way! The setup is honestly perfect because you can work at your own pace while still getting the motivation and accountability of a group class.
Jordyne absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive She explains everything so well and helped me with several exercises I normally avoid like the plague. Turns out I was doing them wrong lol. I also asked her about my clicking hip, and she immediately identified the issue and gave me stretches and exercises to work on. And I had tried to correct it many times myself with videos I’d seen online, but nothing has helped. But following Jordyne’s advice has already helped so much it’s unbelievable. I literally don’t have any pain anymore and my exercises feel so much more targeted for the correct muscular areas! I genuinely can’t believe how much it has helped. I would absolutely recommend both her and the class to anyone!!”

Ben and I want to express our deepest gratitude and sincerely thank everyone who took the time to create these incredibly thoughtful and personalized wedding gifts.

To Tristan, thank you for handcrafting the beautiful stained glass lighthouse featuring the constellations of our family. It's such a meaningful piece, and we're honoured to have it hanging in the window of our gym for everyone to enjoy.

To our amazing 6 a.m. Bootcamp crew, thank you for creating the personalized astronomy chart of our wedding night and tying it so perfectly into the North Star brand. It's something we'll treasure forever, and we're so proud to display it in our common room.

Teen Strength & Fitness (Ages 13–17)

How to… GYM 💪

This isn’t just a workout class. It’s a course that teaches teens the fundamentals of strength training so they can stay active with confidence for life.

Our goal is to build a strong foundation by teaching:

▪️ Proper exercise technique and form
▪️ The five fundamental movement patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, carry)
▪️How to follow a structured workout program
▪️Gym etiquette and safety
▪️Basic nutrition and recovery to support performance and long-term health

By the end of the program, teens will understand not only what to do, but why they’re doing it—giving them the confidence to train safely and independently in any gym.

For Parents:

You’ll stay informed every step of the way through our communication platform, with regular updates and resources so you can feel confident in your teen’s progress.

What’s Included:

✅️ Beginner Starter Guide
✅️ Hands-on coaching in a supportive environment
✅️ Skills and knowledge they can use for life

Class Times:

🗓 Wednesdays • 7:00 PM
🗓 Saturdays • 10:00 AM

Membership:

• 1–2 classes/week — $20 per class
