18 years 💪🥳

When people look at a gym, they often see equipment, walls and workouts.

We see something very different.

We see friendships.
We see confidence.
We see people overcoming challenges they never thought possible.

Over the past 18 years this gym has gone through a lot.

New names.
New locations.
A global pandemic.
11 months of closures.
Outdoor workouts.
Masks.
Distancing.
And countless challenges along the way.

But through it all, one thing remained constant:

The people.

Our members continued to show up, support one another, and invest in their health even when it would have been easier to quit.

For that, we are incredibly grateful.

Whether you've been with us for 18 years, 18 months, or 18 days, thank you for being part of this community.

North Star Fitness would not exist without you.

“I trained with Kailey for over a year before she moved to North Star, and I had a very positive experience. She’s flexible with her schedule, checks in often and truly made efforts to tailor my workouts to my fitness goals as they evolved. Kailey is personable, approachable, and keeps her sessions varied enough to make workouts both interesting and effective. I never got bored. Of note, she has a good skill of keeping a conversation going without ever losing track of your reps! I always leave feeling like I’ve had an efficient workout that I never dreaded going into to begin with. It’s easier to get enough vitamin D when we have access to sunlight, and luckily we are coming up on Summer! But there are many other sources of vitamin D out there - salmon, sardines, eggs and other foods like mushrooms and herring have lots of vitamin D. There are also plenty of fortified sources of vitamin D for those cold cloudy winter months too.
