Staff Spotlight ✨ Welcome Coach Dana to the Team Taylor Fam!

With a background in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba and years of experience competing as a Bison in track and field, Dana brings both energy and expertise to the OTF team. After graduating last year, Dana turned a lifelong passion for movement into coaching, driven by a strong belief in the positive impact physical activity can have on everyday life.

Growing up surrounded by sports and training helped shape Dana’s appreciation for fitness, teamwork, and community — the very things that drew Dana to OTF.

Outside the studio, you can find Dana playing rec sports, catching a concert, or adding a new hike to the bucket list. 🧡
