“Will I slow the class down?”

No. And here’s why:

Everyone is doing a version of the workout that matches their ability. The person next to you might be doing double unders while you’re doing singles. That’s not a problem—that’s the point.

The goal is progress, not comparison.

We scale. We modify. We coach. And nobody—nobody—is judging where you’re starting from. We’re all too focused on our own journey.

In fact? Some of our strongest members started exactly where you are right now. They just took the first step.
Your only competition is the person you were yesterday.
