What is a muse?

A source of inspiration. Someone who awakens the artist. In ancient Greece, the Muses were goddesses, each one the keeper of a different art form.

Painters had muses. Poets had muses. And dancers? Dancers become the muse.

This November, our teachers & students take to the stage in MUSE — a show inspired by art, brought to life through movement.

Summer is here — and so is your best excuse to dance.

During KP4 (22 June – 16 August), we're doing things differently. No choreography — just pure technique, combinations and rhythms. Drop in when you can, take a holiday without missing a thing, and enjoy moving your body.

Studio hire available in Zürich

We have availability to rent our beautiful dance studio in central Zürich (Bucheggstrasse, 8037) on a regular basis.

The studio has a sprung floor, mirrors, a sound system and changing facilities. Perfect for yoga, dance, pilates, fitness or movement classes.

Ideal for a teacher or practitioner looking for a regular, professional space without the overhead of a full lease.

When people see our shows, they often ask, " Are those professional dancers?"

They're not. They're women with full lives — jobs, families, worries, busy weeks. Women who decided one day to try something new, even when they were nervous, even when they didn't feel ready.

What you see on stage is what happens when you give yourself permission to begin.

At ZeoT, we don't ask you to be talented. We ask you to be brave enough to show up. The rest unfolds from there.

When we had to find a new home for ZeoT, we didn't know what would happen.

What happened was this: our community raised 50,000 CHF in one month.

Not a corporation. Not a sponsor. Our students — women who come to class every week, who know each other's names, who have danced together for years.

That's what ZeoT is. Not just a dance school. A second home, built by the people in it.

We've existed for over 20 years. No competition, no pressure, just women moving together — and showing up for each other when it matters.
