Itâs October, and youâre already thinkingâŚ
âIâll get Christmas out of the way, then sort myself out..â
I get why..
Workâs busy. The diaryâs filling up. Youâve got meals out, weekends away and Christmas plans coming before you know it..
Starting now feels like awkward timing.
But think back to January.
What were you hoping would be different by now?
How you felt in your clothes? Your fitness? Feeling more confident on holiday or in photos?
If youâre still wanting those same things, thatâs frustrating. Especially when youâve spent the year working hard and looking after everyone elseâs priorities..
You probably havenât had the clear run you thought you needed.
And January will have its own deadlines, late finishes and plans to work around.
At some point, we need to build a routine that allows for those things.
That could mean getting two or three sessions in each week.
Sorting a few reliable meals for busy days. Making room for a meal out without writing off the whole weekend.
You can start practising that now.
Imagine getting to Christmas with a couple of months of consistency behind you.
Feeling fitter. More comfortable in your clothes. Knowing you can enjoy yourself and get back to your routine afterwards.
And you donât have to live or train like me to make that level of progress..
The people you see on my grid havenât had to copy my training either.
Their plans have been built around their goals, their work and their lives.
Thatâs what we do inside The Rebuild Project.
You donât need to spend the next few months being perfect.
But if youâre tired of putting this off, you can take the first step before January.
DM me âREBUILDâ and tell me what youâd like to change. Weâll have a chat about what getting started could look like for you.
