For the past few weeks we’ve been busy finalising the program of our very first teacher training.

Training Teachers kicked off yesterday: good luck to our wonderful group of trainees!

What’s changes for you in October:

✅ We added 3 more early bird classes open to everybody
✅ Sunday evening classes begin 30min later

👧🏻🧒🏽👦🏼 And for our growing community of little yogis, Kids Yoga is back with Aspa, every Monday at 16.30h!

September carries the warmth of the last Summer sun and the promises of the first crisp mornings: transition, change, potential.

These few weeks in between seasons are great to slow down, gather our energy and set the path for the months to come. New beginnings, intentions anchored into practice, presence, care.

From yoga to capoeira, from stunt performance to martial arts, is a true movement all-rounder.

But did you know that he comes from a family of yoga teachers and that he was immersed in yoga culture since he was a young child? For our upcoming Training Teachers program we couldn’t think of anyone better than him to deliver the Yoga History and Philosophy modules.

He will help our trainees connect the dots between the ancient yogic scriptures and how to integrate those philosophical principle into modern daily life and contemporary yoga teaching.
