We get a lot of surprised clients coming back after a couple weeks of doing Lagree, and seeing some kind of refinement in their abdominals.
And it’s no big secret, we are literally just training the core as the muscle it is! You wouldn’t train your glutes with your own bodyweight, that should be the same as your core; Lagree treats the core like the muscle group it is, and that’s why it works so fast.
(Recommending +2 classes a week for sustainable results)
