I didn’t expect a flu to teach me something about myself.

When I first got sick, I tried to keep going.

I had work to do, plans to follow, things I wanted to achieve.

Eventually my body won.

I went to bed and, for hours, simply stayed with what I could feel — my sinuses, throat, lungs, breath.

I stopped trying to fix it and just did gentle breathwork sending healing energy to those places.

And then something shifted.

I surrendered into a state of such deep peace that the only word that came to me was nirvana.

Nothing to achieve. Nothing to fix. Nowhere else to be.

Just being completely with what was here.

Of course, my inner critic came back afterwards:
You should be working. You should be doing more.

And I realized this is the practice.

Not staying peaceful forever.

But noticing when I start fighting what is here — and finding my way back.

Who am I when I cannot be the Heidi I know myself as?

I’m still finding out.

🤍 Always Lean Toward Love.

For years, I believed the next step in my business was to become less available.

Raise my prices.
Scale.
Replace 1:1 with group programs.
Create more passive income.

I understand why so many coaches choose that path.

Our expertise has value.
Transformation has value.
And businesses need to be sustainable.

But over the years, I’ve realised something that changed how I want to build my own business.

People don’t only come to coaching for strategies or breakthroughs.

Many come because, perhaps for the first time in their lives, someone truly sees them.

Someone listens without trying to fix them.

Someone sits with them in the uncomfortable
moments instead of rushing them through.

That human experience has value too.

When I returned from Japan this summer, I made a decision.

Instead of giving my existing 1:1 clients less access to me...

I gave them more.

Not because it’s the most scalable business strategy.

Because it feels deeply aligned with the kind of coach—and the kind of human—I want to be.

I still believe in creating courses and programs that make transformation accessible to more people.

But I also believe that our presence is not something to move away from as quickly as possible.

Sometimes the greatest transformation begins when someone finally feels safe enough to stop hiding.

Healing begins where hiding ends. 🤍

When we think about healing, we often imagine better relationships - with self and others.

I did too.

What surprised me most was this:

The more I stopped hiding...
the more opportunities seemed to find me.✨

Not because I became fearless.

Because I became more willing to be seen.

Every honest conversation.

Every uncomfortable ”yes.”

Every step outside my comfort zone quietly expanded my world.

Maybe the life you’re dreaming about isn’t waiting for you to become more confident or figure out and explain each feeling you have.

Maybe it’s waiting for you to stop hiding.

For a long time, I believed the biggest threat to my relationship was jealousy.

It wasn’t.

The biggest threat was what I did with it.

I hid.🫣

I smiled when I wanted to cry.

I said, “Nothing is wrong,” when my whole body was screaming.

Not because I wanted to hide the truth.

Because somewhere along the way, hiding became my way of surviving.

The little girl in me would take over so completely that I lost connection with myself.

I felt helpless.🥺

I’m still learning.

Sometimes I still go quiet.

Sometimes I still feel ashamed.

The difference is that today I notice it sooner.

And little by little, I’m choosing truth over protection.

Not because it’s easy.

Because I want a relationship where both of us get to be fully seen.❤️

✨ Where in your life have you discovered that silence was costing you more than honesty?

🤍

Sometimes the hardest thing to lose isn’t another person.

It’s yourself.

For years I thought I was trying to protect my relationship.

Japan showed me I was slowly learning to protect my relationship with myself.

Have you ever caught yourself disappearing while trying to hold on to love?

I’d love to hear what resonated with you. 🤍

By the way… I absolutely loved Japan, the work and people in there, adventure, beauty, transformations… it all!!😍

I’m beginning to think that…

An insight changes our understanding.

Integration changes our way of being.✨

Years ago I thought healing happened the moment we had the breakthrough.

Now I don’t think so.

A few days ago I realized something that shook me.

I don’t only disappear from myself…

I step into other people’s experience.

And…

Heidi stops existing.

That insight changed my understanding in an instant.

But integration?

Integration began afterward.

Not in another therapy session.

Not in another realization.

But in the small moments that followed.

❤️ Staying present during intimacy when my mind wanted to leave.

❤️ Telling my love the truth instead of hiding.

❤️ Gently bringing my attention back to my own experience instead of someone else’s.

❤️ Choosing movement, music and my body instead of staying trapped in my thoughts.

Does that mean I’ve fully integrated it?

No.

It means I’ve started living differently.

And maybe that’s what integration really is.

Not one life-changing moment…

But hundreds of tiny moments where we choose a different way of being.

Yesterday I wasn’t wondering what someone else was feeling.

I wasn’t disappearing into someone else’s experience.

I was simply…

here.

With my children.😍
With my body.👙
With this moment.🤍

And maybe that’s what integration is.

Not becoming someone new.

Just slowly becoming available for your own life. 🤍

Last night I hardly slept.

Something old had surfaced in me, and I could feel my nervous system trying to make sense of it.

When my love came home, we stood in a very long hug.

At first, I felt uncomfortable.

Then I softened.

I rested my head against his chest like a little girl.

My breath became deeper.

The tears came.

I yawned over and over as my body released something it had been holding.

Years ago, during a psychedelic therapy session, my therapist asked me a question that has stayed with me ever since:

“When do you allow yourself to exist?”

A year ago, I thought I had finally understood what he meant.

Today I found another layer.

I realized I don’t only disappear from myself…

I disappear into other people’s experience.

Into what they might be thinking.

Into what they might be feeling.

Into what they might want.

Meanwhile…

Heidi stops existing.💔

That realization shook me.

Integration often does.

Healing isn’t always peaceful.

Sometimes it’s deeply uncomfortable because you suddenly see the patterns you’ve repeated your whole life.

Later, my love had to leave, and I could feel the restlessness in my body.

Instead of trying to think my way through it, I packed my ankle weights, put on Latino music, bicyckled to the park, and moved.

For an hour I danced.

I trained.

I laughed.

I stopped caring what anyone around me thought.

For one beautiful hour…

I stayed completely inside my own experience.

I allowed myself to exist.😍

And as I rested in my mat, I realized something.

Maybe healing isn’t becoming someone new.

Maybe it’s simply returning, again and again, to the one who has been waiting for us all along.

🤍

Mother’s Day 🌹

My daughter brought the most beautiful flowers when I was working in bed in the morning - yes, I love working in bed in the mornings especially when I record voice notes and embodiment practices.😍

Bicyckle trip to meet my son who waited for us with a bucket of roses.🥰

We had a lovely lunch and ice-cream in sunshine.🌞

We bicyckled by the sea to the forest that has amusement park in it. The meaning was just to have a forest walk but kids ended up taking a ride as well.😁

At home I received more flowers from my man.❤️

Day of flowers, fun, love, laughter, outdoors, sun, good food, connection, nature, movement.

Thank you my family❤️

❤️

You don’t actually lack clarity.
You’ve just been taught to mistrust your desire.

Desire is not random.
It’s not selfish.
It’s not “too much.”

🤩Desire is information.

It reveals:
🌹what wants to open
🌹what wants to be felt
🌹what wants to be lived

🤩But many women have learned to silence it.
🫡To downplay it.
🤯To rationalize it away.

To be “good.”
To be realistic.
To not want too much.

And then wonder why life feels flat.
Disconnected.
Unclear.

Your desire is not the problem.
It’s the DOORWAY!🚪

Yesterday inside Feminine Fire Challenge🔥
we were working with this on Day 11: Desire.

🧠Not from the mind,
🧘🏼‍♀️but from the body.
