KLUB RÖRT IS BAAACK after a long summer break.

In just a week, David Ramati will be making you dance to afro, soul, funk, deep house & more & Mollie Maluna will let you melt into the floor with her sound journey before and after the dance.

It’s our sober & conscious dance floor - come to connect to yourself, to others & to the music. A space where you can lean into the music, sense into yourself & care a little less about how it all looks from the outside.

Friday 25th September, 19:00-23:00. See you there. Get your tickets on our website ❤️‍🔥

Our first sauna gusmaster training starts in November.

Our beloved sauna facilitators & spaceholders .bangsbo & will be guiding, teaching & sharing their wisdom.

A gusmaster can easily create a sauna session that relaxes the body and offers a physical detox. But a reallyy great gusmaster can create something more: a sacred experience with a deep letting go and an immersion into both an individual journey as well as a community practice. That’s what we will dive into.

Sign ups are open on our website ❤️‍🔥

An exciting new training for those of you curious about somatics and embodied anatomy. With our very own amazing Janni Popp

Why Somatics?
SOMA refers to body and ‘somatics’ to the living experience of being, here and now. Through a somatic approach, we bring awareness to the felt sense of the body and create space for intuitive movement and asanas/postures to rise from within. In a world that often emphasizes performance and perfection, somatic movement invites us to listen and connect to the inherent wisdom of the body. In this approach, anatomy becomes something we experience and EMBODY.

We start 16th January 🪽 Swipe through to read more, and sign up through our app/website. Link in bio.
