Going on holiday with a bunch of girls you may or may not know can be pretty daunting. A shared interest brings everyone together and a sense of humour is essential. I’ve been lucky enough to host 12 Pilates geeks who are happy to practice Pilates twice a day, eat all the food, laugh at all the situations, shop, drink, test skincare, relax to the soundbowls, practice a dreamy yoga class, play in the sea, walk for miles (not our finest moment!) visit the local market, brunch with a few of my local Pilates friends, come to my home to see how we live, meet my family, throw themselves into anything and everything with gusto and laugh at the bad bits. How lucky are we.
