CLIENT SPOTLIGHT
Stuart has been training with me since last August and the progress since then has been quality to watch.
What started as wanting to get fitter and stronger has turned into a complete lifestyle shift. Strength levels are up massively, body composition has changed, and his confidence in the gym is on a completely different level now.
The biggest thing is consistency. Stuart has put the work in week after week, training 3–4 times consistently while balancing work, family life and kids alongside it all.
There’s been no shortcuts and no extreme approach. Just structure, progression and showing up even on the weeks where motivation probably wasn’t high.
Seeing Sharon join the journey in January has only added to it. They’ve both pushed each other and built habits that actually last.
Most people want fast results. Stuart committed to long-term progress instead — and it shows.
Massive respect for the work he’s put in since August. Still a lot more left in the tank. 👊

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT — Sharon walked into IWR with zero background in strength training.
Like a lot of people, gym sessions mostly meant a bit of cardio here and there, but nothing structured and nothing that truly pushed her physically.
Fast forward a few months and the difference is hard to ignore.
One of Sharon’s biggest wins has been the sled push.
She started at 30kg. Last night she moved 137kg including the sled. That doesn’t happen through motivation alone. That comes from consistency, progressive overload, and showing up week after week even when life is busy.
What’s been most impressive isn’t just the physical transformation — although her body composition has changed massively — it’s the fact she’s done it while still living her normal life. No extremes. No “all or nothing” mindset. Just building habits she can actually sustain and getting 3–4 sessions in each week.
That’s the part people overlook. Results usually come from boring consistency, not perfect weeks.
Sharon’s proof that you do not need a background in training to become strong. You just need to start, trust the process, and keep progressing.
Proud of this one. More to come. 👊
