What a day! 🎉 Last week our team swapped the office for a team building day we won't forget in a hurry.
We kicked things off with a mental health talk from the brilliant Mike Scotland, before grabbing litter pickers and heading out into Dyce for a community cleanUP. 41 of us collected 36 bags of rubbish in just over an hour - all taken away by Aberdeen City Council ♻️
The best part? The conversations. Walking and chatting side by side, away from the usual routine, gave everyone the chance to connect and share in a way that just doesn't happen at a desk.
Then it was time to get competitive 💪 We split into teams for a GPS challenge with Maxmillion, working our way through challenges around the venue and outside. It was chaos, laughter, and teamwork in equal measure AND we've agreed the photos and videos from those challenges will NEVER see the light of day 🤐😂
We finished the day at our on-site hotel Aloft by Marriott Aberdeen with drinks, nibbles, and pool. The perfect end to a brilliant day.
