My Heart is Full 🥰
Thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday yesterday and for all the beautiful cards and gifts 🎁
I had the most wonderful day with almost all my favourite people and just loved every minute 🥰
Time with my wonderful parents, my sister and of course my amazing boys 🥰
And a weekend full of fun with two of my awesome best friends who always make me howl with laughter 🥰
Another year around the sun and feeling on top of the world 🥰
As far as birthdays go this was a goodie 🥰

When I in my mind organise my husbands Fathers Day meal and he suggests one of his favourites instead 👍🥰😋
I had a takeaway curry all planned but he suggested this instead 👍 A delicious ham salad 😋
And Nathan wanted the dessert 👍
Happy family all round in our beautiful and peaceful back garden 🪴🥰

Good morning and a very happy Saturday everyone!!
Bouncing out of bed after another very good sleep and woken to the sun streaming through the window ☀️and lots of cuddles from my boys 🥰

Good morning you awesome humans and a very happy Friday!!!
I have that Friday Feeling 🤩
Bouncing out of bed after a fantastic 8 hour sleep and ready to enjoy my day 🥰
Nothing beats the ultimate relief and excitement of finally hitting the weekend! Whether you are officially logging off from work, wrapping up school, or just ready to relax, that Friday feeling is unmatched.
We also have 10 days left of School until the Summer Holidays and we are super excited!!! 😛
And it’s all exciting in the house as my partner in crime is home this evening after being away for six days and someone is excited to see his daddy 🥰. Can’t wait to have the three is us back together again 🥰
But before that we have jobs to do and weights to lift 💪

The day we have been waiting weeks for has finally arrived 🥳
One very excited so. And one very excited mummy today as we went along to the Cinema to see Toy Story 5!!!
We have had a lovely day and the film was very good. Nathan loved it.
But mummy is being sent to bed with no dinner as I filled up on too much popcorn 🍿, Maltesers and Sprite Zero 🙈🫣🤢. My tummy isn’t used to all that in one go 🙈
But the best afternoon with my son is worth the tummy ache 😂

Good morning and a very happy Thursday everyone!!
I’m celebrating a small win this morning and I am buzzing!!
I have been tracking my calories again for exactly 23 days and I am feeling amazing 🤩
I popped on the scales this morning and down 4lbs. To be honest it feels like more but I feel fantastic so far 🥰
And the whole process has been so easy and enjoyable and I have even enjoyed some cheeky treats here and there 🥰👍
Tracking your calories doesn’t need to be hard work. It’s just a little bit of organising and consistency. It wins every time 👍
Small wins are incremental, bite-sized achievements that build momentum toward larger goals. These micro-milestones are powerful because they trigger your brain to release dopamine, which sustains motivation and creates positive habits.
It really boosts your mood, improves your confidence and drives you on to keep going 👍
Why Small Wins Matter:
Builds Momentum: Breaking large projects into micro-steps reduces overwhelm and creates tangible proof of progress.
Habit Formation: Consistently acknowledging tiny achievements signals to the brain to repeat beneficial behaviors.

Good morning and a very happy Wednesday!!
It’s Wellness Wednesday 🥰
A gentle midweek reminder to take a minute to stop and look after yourself 🥰
Be it a short walk, a run, cycle, sit and read, enjoy a cold drink, coffee, tea, have a nap, meet a friend, have a workout, or just simply sit in peace. Whatever you want to do 🥰. Just make sure to take a little time out.
Now I exercise and move my body daily.
I make good food choices daily and count my calories
I drink 2-3 litres of water daily
I aim to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night
I try and tick all the boxes 👍
I look after my body and one other priority is taking care of my skin 🥰
I feel good on the inside so why not look good on the outside?? 👌
And I love Tropic Skincare and I have the most wonderful lady who I have recently started purchasing my products from. I was also super excited to return home on Saturday to find this wee bag of goodies waiting for me 🥰
Straight into the bag and used it straight away. And my face felt and looked amazing 🥰
This radiance cleanser is amazing 🤩
I also layer my body everyday in moisturiser from head to toe as like my skin silky smooth 🥰
So you gorgeous humans, do you look after every part of you? Maybe today is a day to look into starting a new regime?

Good morning and a very happy Tuesday everyone!!
Another 9 hour sleep and feeling awesome 🤩
There is truly no better feeling than moving through life with energy, strength, and vitality. Embracing health and physical fitness builds resilience, confidence, and a sense of freedom that radiates far beyond just physical appearance.
I have been working so hard over the past three weeks at home and in the gym and feeling great. Energy, mind, body all feeling great 🥰
And delighted last night to have increased my leg weights again 💪👍🥰
Nothing feels better when your hard work and consistency pays off 👍

Feeling awesome after a fabulous 9 hour sleep 🥰
You know I love to prioritise my sleep 🥰
Last night as my son and I were snuggling down to bed I mentioned how important it is to “recharge our batteries”
Nathan’s obvious response was “mummy we don’t have batteries!!”
😂😂
This leads to the conversation about taking rest, switching off to relax our body and minds. Our brain needs time away from stimulation and learning and our heart needs to rest after all the running about at the park and Pickleball. We need our energy built back up to beat mummy at Pickleball again 👍
To "recharge your batteries" means to rest and do things that make you feel happy and strong again. Just like your remote controlled car runs out of power and needs to be plugged in, your body and brain run out of energy after a busy day and need time to rest.Explaining this concept to a child is easiest when you connect it to things they already know.
He gets it and always has the most amazing sleeps and ready for the day ahead.
Now I may use this to explain to some adults who seem to not understand the concept of rest and sleep 😴😂😉
