Just watched the yoga best bits reel from SalsaRave 😍🧘‍♀️Santa Susanna 🔥

What a beautiful reminder of this year’s festival, all those dancers taking a moment to breathe, stretch, and reset before hitting the floor again.

Teaching Yoga 4 Dancers at SALSARAVE 2026 - 5 YEARS ANNIVERSARY was such a joy.

Thank you to every single one of you who came to the mat and trusted me with your practice. ❤️

I’m already excited to say I’ll be back at SalsaRave by Cobeatparty next year… and I’m planning to be around for the WHOLE week this time.

I am bursting with pride watching my yogis lately! It feels like just yesterday we were starting from zero, and now! 😳
They are unlocking superpowers I didn't even know they had.

The confidence in the room is electric.
We laugh, we sweat, we wobble, and we conquer.
But the absolute best part, Watching them lift each other up every single step of the way.

No competition, just community. ❤️❤️❤️

So proud of this crew and the positive energy they bring to the mat. Keep shining, superstars!

The Brave Return

Sixty is looming, a date on the page,
A new kind of chapter, a turning of age.
Forty arrived and then disappeared,
Just a flicker of time, not much to be feared.

But fifty... oh, fifty, a turbulent sea,
A nightmare I navigated, trying to be me.
A storm I survived, though it left its mark, 😩
A journey through shadows, a walk in the dark.

But now I am traveling, a different road,
To a place where a seed of my freedom was sowed.
Back to the town, 🏛️to the job, to the view,
Where I was a young woman, and the world was brand new.

At twenty-one, with a heart full of fright,
I stepped into the unknown, and I took my first flight.
No map and no guide, just a courage so deep,
A promise to myself that I intended to keep.
To go it alone was a daring, brave art,
To trust my own voice and to follow my heart.

And here I am now, forty years down the line,
With a quiet contentment, this moment is mine.

It’s not about salsa, or a yoga-pose grace,
It’s the look of pure wonder on my own older face.

For I’m pleasing myself, and that’s the true prize,
Seeing my past through these wiser, old eyes.
The girl who was brave is still living in me,
And this trip is a testament, a way to be free.

So here I am, forty years on, once again,
Being brave, being me, and embracing the zen.
Not a nightmare, not a number, but a victory cry,
The girl and the woman, learning how to fly.🇬🇷
