Last week my back decided it wanted a bit of attention 😅, so I had to take things a little easier than usual. The good news is it's holding up well and I'm back doing what I love!

I’ll be honest, after having a week off my brain completely forgot the choreography at the start 🤦‍♀️😂 but eventually the memory kicked in and we got there in the end!

Unfortunately, due to low numbers booked in for tonight, I’ve made the decision to cancel this evening’s class at The Bowman Centre, Amesbury 💔
