After 17 years at BPL, everyone knows I love getting involved in charity events – especially if it means making a fool of myself for a good cause! 😆
This year I'm stepping well outside my comfort zone and taking on the Trek for CALM 2026, a 30km countryside trek to raise money for this amazing charity.

To help boost donations, I'll also be completing a FULL DAY ROW-A-THON on Tuesday 7th July, rowing from 8am to 4pm at the side of the gym desk. 🚣‍♂️

Mental health affects us all at some point in our lives. This challenge is for those who couldn't find their way back out.

⚽🎉 What a fantastic World Cup-themed charity day we had! 🎉⚽
A huge thank you to everyone who supported this amazing fundraiser for Weston Park.
We successfully kept the bike going for 8 hours straight, with the wheels constantly spinning thanks to everyone who took part and helped out throughout the day. Your support was incredible!

We had lots of fun across Football, Aqua and Studio Cycling, and a special thank you goes to all of our bakers – the cakes were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by everyone. 🍰

Congratulations to everyone who entered the football card game, and well done to our first winner, Nic W! ⚽🏆
