🔥Nopinz Racing Roundup

Another huge week across the Nopinz community, with triathlon taking centre stage across the UK and Europe 👊

Our own Alex Dowsett kicked things off by taking on the savage challenge of just his second ever triathlon in Maldon, whilst in Nottingham, Team Bottrill Nopinz delivered a huge performance in the relay event through Matt Bottrill, Kat Matthews and Mark Fanning to take the win.

Also at the Outlaw 70.3 Nottingham, Ben Goodfellow secured 3rd place representing Team NFT, while it was also great to see Chris Fennell back racing again with a strong 9th place finish at the event.

Elsewhere, Matt Gilmour continued an incredible run of form, making it five wins from five starts so far this season, while Dan Cope added another strong result with 6th overall and 3rd in his age group at Challenge Salou middle distance. Sam Wordley also flew the flag at Challenge Salou, coming home in a promising 18th place finish. Penny Ellis continued her strong season with another impressive performance at Ironman Mallorca 70.3, while Michele Bortolamedi rounded off the weekend in style by taking the win at Ironman 70.3 Aix-en-Provence in his Nopinz Speedbelt.

New size. Same aero advantage.

Whilst we can’t legally say the name… we can say this: our Speedbelt now comes in a new smaller size, optimised for the most popular series of triathlon racing 👀

Compact, lightweight and proven to save over 8 watts compared to traditional race belts, it’s built to help you save time in transition and stay aero when every second counts.

Wear it under your wetsuit. Rotate it for the run. Forget it’s even there.

It was great to be at the Bideford 10K this weekend, supporting the event and showcasing some of our upcoming running products 🤝

It was brilliant to get valuable feedback from Bideford AAC and Plymouth Harriers as we continue to develop the range.

Huge congratulations as well to our own Tori Loze, who lined up for England in the 10K.

You may have spotted her special race vest too đź‘€
More on that soon.

đź’Ą Weekly Racing Roundup

Just when we thought the racing season was finished… it seemed only right to resurrect the Racing Roundup in light of some incredibly impressive recent performances.

A truly incredible achievement from both Rosie Wild and Stephen Derrett, each claiming victory at the renowned Patagonman 2025 Championship.

Down under, Oli Wright put in a standout performance, storming to victory and crossing the line first at Ironman Western Australia.

Locally here in North Devon, Nick Blight took the veteran win at the Southwest Cyclocross Championships.
