This Twist started life as an up-cycled block on a building site like the ones in the background of my first photo and is now a wonderful piece of art in someone's garden.

This is a bit of a belated post (to say the least!!) Life has been very busy lately 🫣

But I am absolutely delighted to be exhibiting at the MIN REID FINE ART GALLERY in Malvern !!

Min Reid is an incredible sculptor and artist who now has an absolutely gorgeous gallery attached to her studio. Min has such an eye for detail and has transformed this space into a beautiful, warm and welcoming fine art gallery to showcase her work. I am cutting out some stensils for a new project I am working on and I just had to post this to all other kiwis ...it has completely taken me back to childhood !! Did anyone else use to rip minty wrappers into spirals ? Or is it just something I did ?? 😆😅

I had a brilliant day at the Essex County Craft Show yesterday !! I have an amazing spot under this beautiful tree so I have been in the shade all day 🌳

Hopefully it will be the same today and I will be driving home tonight one happy lady 😁

I am really enjoying this event, all the organisers and staff are really helpful and friendly and I have met some lovely new exhibitors and customers 🥰

What a fantastic weekend so far 🤩

I am heading off to Essex today to set up for the weekend Essex County Craft Show with another new sculpture 'Whanau'.

Whanau is family and includes all extended family and loved ones.

The love and protection of whanau is represented in this sculpture by the younger fronds of the silver fern being protected by the older fronds.

Tickets need to be purchased on-line but I do have 2 complimentary tickets for the first 2 people who who message me 🤩

Doves are always very popular so I have made a couple to take to Essex County Craft Show this weekend 🕊

The Dove represents peace, love and hope as well as abundance, brotherhood and protection.

We could all do with a little peace, love and hope at the moment ❤️
