🌿 1:1 Private Yoga with Stacey 🌿
Sometimes a group class just isn’t quite what you need. Your body, your goals and your journey are completely unique and that’s where 1:1 yoga sessions can be so valuable 🤍
My private sessions are tailored specifically to you and your body, whether you’re:
✨ Returning to movement after an injury or period of rest
✨ Looking to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence
✨ Wanting to improve flexibility and feel more comfortable in your body
✨ New to yoga and wanting a little more guidance and support
✨ Looking for a personalised practice that works around your individual needs
Sessions incorporate yoga, mobility, strength-building, breathwork and relaxation, with everything adapted to your needs, experience and specific intention or goal to work towards.
You don’t need to be flexible, strong or experienced to begin. We start exactly where you are and build from there. 🌿
Interested in starting?
You can begin with a one-off session to see how it feels, or choose a block of sessions if you’d like more consistent support and the opportunity to build your practice over time or support recovery after an injury.
If you’d like to find out more about private 1:1 yoga, pricing or what might be right for you, I’d love to hear from you.

Lifey Update: Yoga Teacher x Sound Healer Edition
🖤 A summer full of joy and fun, ups and downs, light and dark, change, transition, and embracing imperfection.
🖤 My annual camping trip with friends filled my cup in all the best ways, with deep chats around the fire, belly laughs, wild swims, and a weekend that was equal parts wholesome and completely unhinged. 😂
These moments remind me how important it is to rest and recharge, so I can show up fully for the spaces I hold for you.
🖤 A few weeks ago, I had this quiet but persistent feeling that kept whispering, “It’s time to go.” It stayed with me for days. I barely slept, my mind spiralled through every “what if?” and “how?”.
The anxiety felt heavy, but despite all of that, I chose to take action anyway.
I applied for jobs that week while still carrying the fear.
And… next week I start a new part-time job. ✨
If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I left my corporate career to build this business from my heart.
While Soul with Stacey has grown in the most beautiful ways, the reality of running your own business is that sometimes you need to create a little more stability behind the scenes.
It gives me the financial foundation to keep growing this business sustainably, without constantly operating from a place of pressure or scarcity.
It means I can continue creating yoga classes, sound baths, retreats and healing spaces that genuinely come from love, not survival.
Life isn’t always linear. Sometimes growth looks like taking a step that your past self never expected.
I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter, and even more excited for everything still to come with Soul with Stacey.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business, attends my classes, sound baths, retreats, or simply cheers me on from afar. It means more than you’ll ever know 🖤
Here’s to trusting the nudges, even when they feel scary 🫶🏻

These are the things I find myself coming back to, time and time again.
Not because they’re trends or buzzwords, but because I’ve seen the difference they made to me and my own life.
The way a slower breath can soften tension. The way gentle movement can help you reconnect with your body. The way sound can create a space where your mind finally gets a chance to rest.
I genuinely believe we don’t always need more. More productivity. More intensity. More pressure.
Sometimes, we simply need less.
Less rushing.
Less performing.
Less feeling like we have to hold everything together.
To show up exactly as we are ✨
If you’ve been to one of my classes or sound baths, you’ll know that’s exactly what I hope to offer, a space where you can arrive, take your deepest breath so far today, and give your nervous system permission to exhale.
I’d love to know… what’s something you’re currently obsessed with? ✨
