A qualified yoga teacher and lifelong lover of the outdoors, Steph introduces her guests to a slower, more authentic side of Greece in gorgeous spots like Dikastika, Pelion, Thessaly and Zagori on the mainland, and the island of Crete.
She draws inspiration from the Blue Zones, where people live longer and healthier lives, to focus on community, natural movement and stress reduction. Nefeli is derived from the ancient Greek work meaning ‘cloud’, so the idea is you will be on Cloud Nine.
Our reviewer Nirpal Dhaliwal loved his week at Pelion, and told us: ‘In ancient Greek mythology, Nefeli was a cloud nymph, the goddess of hospitality, generosity, peace and loyalty – and Stephanie’s artfully curated week manifests all of these qualities.’
When she's not leading retreats, you'll usually find Steph exploring a new hiking route, searching for the perfect village taverna, or planning the next Nefeli Nine adventure. Her aim is simple: to help people disconnect from busy lives, reconnect with nature, and experience the Greece that locals know and love.

Jenny is founder of The Wild Times, which runs wonderful yoga retreats in the UK, as well as France, Greece, Italy, Spain and Sweden in Europe, and Morocco in North Africa.
Qualified in vinyasa and yin yoga, ayurveda and paddleboarding, she's also the author of Imagine a World, a children's book about nature's secrets - a subject close to her heart, as you'll see from her lifestyle.
For she loves nothing better than being by, in or on the sea, taking her morning coffee outside, or sitting round a campfire.
Our reviewer Sasha Bates loved Jenny's yoga and paddleboarding retreat in Somerset, UK, and told us:
'Jenny is a laid-back, affable presence, and I especially love her yoga atop our boards. It's a wonderful combination of blissful, calm floating, but with a fair amount of core strength engagement needed to stay balanced and afloat!'
