Important finisher T-shirt deadline.
Every Pilgrim’s Reckoning finisher will receive an official event T-shirt at the finish line, but we need to confirm final T-shirt numbers with our supplier by **10 August**.
That means anyone who enters **after 10 August** will still be able to take part, but they will **not have a finisher T-shirt waiting for them at the finish line**.

A few things to know before you take on Pilgrim’s Reckoning.
This is an 81-mile challenge on the John Bunyan Trail, but the details around the route matter too.
Across race day, runners will have 7 fully stocked aid stations, including gluten free, coeliac friendly, vegan and vegetarian options. Tea and coffee will be available at 5 of the 7 aid stations, with support in place through the night.
Female hygiene products will also be available at aid stations, and every finisher will receive an official event T-shirt and bespoke medal.
We’ve also kept details like smaller bib numbers and private event parking in mind, helping make the race-day experience smoother from start to finish.

Another look at the John Bunyan Trail 👀
This time, we’re following the route from Aid Station 1 through to Aid Station 4, taking in village halls, historic churches, open countryside and some of Bedfordshire’s best trail scenery.
Aid Station 4 marks the halfway point, where hot food and access to your drop bag will be waiting before you head into the second half of the challenge.
