There’s a reason you’re not where you want to be yet.

Somewhere along the way, women were told the weights section wasn’t for them.

We’ve never believed that!!

At Tribe, some of our strongest, most consistent members are women who walked in never having touched a barbell — and now they wouldn’t train any other way.

Nobody has time for the gym.

And yet here we are.

The people who train at Tribe aren’t people with loads of free time — they’re busy professionals, parents, business owners. People with full lives who’ve made a decision.

And in our experience, the sweet spot for people like this is 2 to 3 sessions a week.

Not because it sounds manageable (though it is) — but because that’s where we see people genuinely thrive. It’s enough to build a real foundation of strength.

Enough to keep your fitness moving forward. And enough to get to the point where you actually enjoy your training and look forward to it.

Consistency over intensity. Every time.

Here’s what we tell every new member:

Forget perfection. Forget 5 days a week. Commit to 2 to 3. Show up consistently. Let us handle the rest.

We’ll build the program around your schedule, balance your strength and fitness, and adapt when life gets in the way.

You just have to turn up.

The weights were heavy. The encouragement was heavier. 💪

Our Spring Games in-house event this weekend was everything — PBs flying left, right and centre, and a room full of people who genuinely want to see each other win.

That energy is rare, and we don’t take it for granted.
