I have been asking my classes what we all do for brain challenges. It really varies so I have put together a list. Why not have a go at one or two of them?

Watching TV quiz shows - people like the 1% club on ITV ( at the moment it is only available through the ITVX player.) ; Monday afternoon quizzes on BBC2 ; Only Connect on Monday evenings ; House Of Games BBC2 6pm .
Quiz puzzle books like Codewords , Sudoku, Crosswords, wordsearches.
Jigsaws.
Colouring.
Bell ringing.
Line dancing.
Route planning for walks.
Craft activities.
Tae Kwondo.
Socialising.
Making gift cards.
Reading and listening to books.
Boards games like scrabble, Banangrams.
Playing games with friends in person - Kanasta, Mah Jong, Bridge.

NY times online comes up a lot - The Crossword — The New York Times . You can use the free version with ads or pay for more games and no ads. On this website/app you can play Wordle, crosswords, spelling bee and more. Quite fun to compete with family on this one.
