(HIIT)principle is simple: push your body hard enough, even if only short bursts, and it will keep burning calories for several hours after your finished.

Classes are designed for all abilities and the with the right application the results are lasting. Hiit Circuits are a great way to loose weight, tone up and get fit. the classes are for small groups and last 40 minutes with a complete all round workout during the session. Limited Numbers per class so PM confirm booking.

£3 per session or £8 for all three.
