Malone RFC mini rugby welcomes P1-P7 children from all communities. Come along and have some fun! Mini rugby at Malone is first and foremost a lot of fun.
Mini Rugby was first introduced to Malone RFC in the late 1970’s/early 1980’s lasting a few seasons. In 1989 thanks to Willie Getty, Terry McComish, Willie Henry and Raymond Thomas, mini rugby was reintroduced to the club. Now, over 30 years later, Mini Rugby is going from strength to strength with well over 100 primary school aged children regularly attending training sessions on a weekly basis a

🏕️ What a fantastic way to wrap up the season for Malone Mini Rugby P4/5s! Last weekend’s camping trip to Ardnavalley was packed with campfire singing, awards, a BBQ, an epic game of rounders, and plenty of laughs along the way. A brilliant weekend of fun, friendship, and memories made—thanks to everyone who helped make it such a success. 🏉🔥👏

Our Minis said farewell to a hugely successful 25/26 season of rugby at our end of season party 🏉☀️
There were medals, ice creams, visits from the fire brigade and police, parents v kids matches, water gun fights, a BBQ… did we mention the ice cream?! 🍦🤣 And so much more.
A massive thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success, especially all our volunteers, coaches and parents who give so much throughout the season.

Our End of Season Party is happening this Saturday 9th May 🎉
Friends and family are all very welcome to join us for the awards ceremony — or simply come along from 11am to enjoy the rest of the day’s activities.
As always, it promises to be a brilliant day and the perfect way to celebrate another fantastic season of Mini rugby. We can’t wait to see you all there!

A big thank you to Malone RFC president David Heron for proudly presenting our P7 squad with their tour kits this week.
