Half five on a weekday and most gyms round here are rammed. You walk in, clock the queue for a rack, and start working out how long you'll be stood about before you get a set in.

We built Tribal Gym 2.0 in Beverley so that doesn't happen.

We cap it at 500 members. On purpose. That's what keeps the floor calm, the plates racked and room to actually train.

Everyone starts somewhere, and nobody here is counting your reps.

We cap memberships at HQ in East Hull and 2.0 in Beverley so the floor stays calm, the kit stays where it should be, and you've got room to work. You'll see us on the floor too, training like everyone else. Ages 14 and up are welcome, and 14 to 16s train alongside a member adult.

Most people who avoid gyms aren't lazy. They just don't fancy being watched while they work out which machine does what.

That's the whole reason we built Tribal the way we did. We cap memberships at East Hull and Beverley, so the floor stays quiet, the racks aren't a queue and nobody's clocking you. No induction, no fitness test, nobody watching you. You turn up, find your way, and the people around you are getting on with their own session — same as you. We cap memberships at East Hull and Beverley so there's always room to find your feet, and we're on the floor training most days too.
