Exercise doesn’t always have to feel like exercise……

Sometimes it’s climbing walls, laughing with your daughter, trying something new and seeing what your body can do!

This little superstar had me working hard to keep up today. She is way better at climbing than me but I had a fab time trying (I may need to work on my upper body strength!)

Move for health. Move for strength. Most importantly move for joy.

I’m back from holiday and feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to get back to the studio ❤️

Classes resume on Monday, and I can’t wait to see everyone again.

Most classes are fully booked (thank you!) but a few spaces are currently available:

✨ Friday 9:15am High Intensity Pilates – 2 spaces

I spent the weekend at the most incredible yoga & wellness retreat and I’ve retuned feeling completely reset ✨

A few days of slowing down, moving intentionally, breathing deeply, nourishing my body and reconnecting with nature was exactly what my nervous system needed.

The setting was absolutely beautiful…… peaceful mornings, grounding practices, incredible people, nourishing food, stunning scenery hiking and the kind of calm you wish you could bottle up and bring home with you 🌿

As someone who struggles with overwhelm and anxiety
I’m returning feeling rested, inspired and so grateful for the experience.

Planning on carrying this softer, calmer energy into my classes 🤞🏻❤️

Even my little bunny friend is keeping up with their core work this Easter!

I just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Easter break! I hope you’ve had plenty of time to relax, enjoy some treats, and maybe even sneak in a little stretch here and there!
