WHEN WE TOOK ON OUR UNIT IN BIGGLESWADE, WE COULD ALREADY SEE IT.

An empty warehouse.

Concrete floors. White walls. Nothing particularly inspiring.

But we could envision what it could become.

Because we believe a successful gym has to have a certain feel about it.

Something subconscious.

Something that makes you want to be there.
Something that feels welcoming.
Modern.
Energising.
A place that makes you want to train.

MUVE was created by two brothers, without an architect, without wealthy parents or relatives behind us. Without a huge corporate machine.

What you see when you walk into MUVE today wasn't created simply because we wanted to fill a warehouse with gym equipment.

It was created because we understood that people don't just need somewhere to train.

They want somewhere they actually want to train.

And that's where we think the difference lies.

We're pretty proud of what two brothers managed to create. 🖤💙

Today, our Muve family got a little bit bigger 💕

We're so excited to share that our beautiful baby girl, Hadley arrived safely today at 12:38pm and weighing 6lb10oz

Mum and baby are both doing well and we're soaking up every moment as we begin this incredible new chapter.

We can't wait for you all to meet our newest and tiniest little team member! 💜

We're excited to introduce another new member of staff at Muve! 💙

Liam originally came into Muve to ask if we were hiring. Unfortunately, we didn't have any vacancies at the time, but we offered him the opportunity to volunteer instead.

He grabbed the opportunity with both hands and showed incredible commitment. His hard work and positive attitude didn't go unnoticed and so we're delighted to now welcome him as an official member of staff! 🎉
