What makes this even more impressive is that Tracey works in hospitality, a job with long hours, late finishes, changing shifts and very little routine. It would’ve been easy to make excuses.

Instead, she made a decision.

MEET LAUREN 💙

A couple of years ago walked through our doors after completing her first solo HYROX.

Like a lot of people, she wasn’t looking for shortcuts.
She wasn’t looking for a magic programme.
She simply wanted to get better.

Since then she’s done exactly that.

She’s become leaner.
She’s become fitter.
She’s improved her HYROX times.
She’s pushed herself further than she thought she could.

But the thing that stands out most isn’t any of that.

It’s her attitude.

Lauren is one of those people who brings good energy wherever she goes. Always positive. Always smiling. Always encouraging the people around her.

The type of member every gym would love to have.

To make things even better, her partner Beth (Betty) has now joined Team LF14 too, and together they’ve become a massive part of what makes this place special.

As Lauren heads into her second year with us, we’re genuinely proud of everything she’s achieved so far.
