It's Volunteers' Week, and we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who gives their time to support us. 😊

Good morning all, a couple of our staff/volunteers didn't get a spot for the Blaydon Race 2026 and were wondering if anyone had one that was thinking of transferring to someone else?

We know it can't happen just yet but wanted to put the feelers out 🤞🤞🤞

After many requests for a pool to be within our Gym Membership, work has started today on making use of our flat roof space.

We can't wait to welcome you all, prices will start at £2 a swim, BARGAIN!!!
