🥶 The cold weather and dark nights are approaching quicker than we'd like… so why not bring your training indoors? 💪

Our gym is open 7 days a week from 9am, with varying closing times, so there are plenty of opportunities to fit a workout around your day.

Whether you're new to the gym, looking to keep active over the colder months, or simply want somewhere local to train, we’re here to help! 🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♂️

👨‍👩‍👧 Did you know? Children aged 11+ can train with a parent, making it a great way to exercise together.

Room 3 is the perfect room to relax in, Prenatal and Postnatal classes are a great way of looking after mums to be and new mums.

Great turn out for week one Pelton and Ouston....you can still join next Wednesday if you are thinking of returning or starting to run. 🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍➡️🏃‍♂️‍➡️

Our Ouston & Pelton group are off and running on their C25K journey. Wish them good luck! Big thanks to our fantastic volunteers Paul, Beth, Lindsay and Abi. Changing lives.

We have had some gorgeous weather on our recent Wednesday morning walks, don't forget the walk leaves 10am every Wednesday morning...why not join us?

🎉 Our Vibroplate is now up and running! 🎉

This machine was kindly donated to us by a member of the public, so unfortunately we don't have the original instructions. However, it's easy enough to use and if you have any questions, please just ask a member of staff 😁

Give it a try and let us know what you think! If it gets plenty of use and good feedback, we'll look at investing in a brand new Technogym version to keep in line with the rest of our equipment.

Gym Volunteers are the best 👍

It's Volunteers' Week, and we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who gives their time to support us. 😊

Whether you're helping with groups, supporting young people and families, caring for our garden, volunteering at events, serving as a trustee, helping behind the scenes, or giving your time in any other way, we appreciate you more than words can say.

You know who you are, but this is a little reminder that every hour, every task and every act of kindness makes a difference.
