Whether you’ve been running for years, have just completed Couch to 5K, are looking for your first ever race, or simply want to run, jog or walk alongside other women — this one is for you.

Join us at Three Sisters, Wigan for our Women’s Only 5K — a welcoming and inclusive road race for women of all abilities.

And this one is about more than 5K.

We’ll be running in support of Refuge and SafeNet, helping to raise funds and awareness for women and families affected by domestic abuse.

We're taking you off the road and into the darkness for 5K of mud, water, uneven trails and a few spooky surprises along the way... 💀🔦
