We're going to be having free health checks at Live Active Blairgowrie, in partnership with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS). Their team will carry out a blood pressure check, a cholesterol test (in the form of a finger prick test), a weight and height check, BMI calculation and waist measurement, all in one 40-minute appointment, open to anyone aged 18+.

You'll then sit down for a friendly one-to-one with a member of the team, who'll talk you through your results and share personalised lifestyle tips to support your long-term health.

It's a brilliant chance to check in with how your body's doing takes less than an hour and could tell you something genuinely useful about your health
