Gem of a Gym

I joined Forefront Fitness in May, after bouncing around most of the gyms in the area. A few major life changes had knocked my confidence and although I knew I needed to get back to exercise, the gyms I was using weren't right for me. This small community gym has a friendly vibe and I've settled into a regular pattern of PT sessions with Steve which have helped me get back on track.

I'm the type of person who needs pushing - and Steve is more than happy to oblige! I love that he has faith in my ability - even when I don't. Don't let appearances fool you, this small but mighty gym has everything you need to complete a decent workout and I always leave my sessions buzzing, feeling strong, having had a laugh at the same time.

Ultimately, Forefront Fitness is a really welcoming place where you can just turn up, do your thing, and feel supported - however you choose to work out. (Jess)
