There’s a different kind of vulnerability
in being an adult in a dance class.

You’re more aware.
More in your head.
More conscious of how everything looks and feels.

You notice what’s hard faster.
You notice what you can’t do yet.

And sometimes… that can make you question
why you even started.

But I see something else too.

I see people choosing to show up anyway.
To try something new.
To be uncomfortable and keep going.

Not because they have to.
But because something in them still wants to.

And that kind of love for dance…
isn’t something to measure.

It’s something to protect. 🤍

6.30pm Zumba then Body Blast is ON

-FRIDAY 29th 10am Get Up & Dance CLOSED for half term.

All should be back to normal from SATURDAY 30th MAY

Running a dance studio is a bit like a magic trick ✨

Music plays, lights turn on, teachers arrive, floors get cleaned, costumes appear… and somehow everything *just works*.

But here’s the not-so-magical part:
That only happens when fees are paid on time.

Before anything else, your payments go to:
💡 Rent & utilities
👯 Teachers
🛡 Insurance
🧼 Cleaning & upkeep

And whatever is left… is what I use to support my own family.

So if fees are late, the “magic” starts to wobble—and sometimes, there’s nothing left at the end.

I know life gets busy (I really do), but timely payments keep the studio running and ensure we can continue giving your dancers the experience they love ❤️

Our show launches next Thursday, which means it’s time for our final “Meet the…” feature! ✨

Joining us on stage are the talented young performers from Dance Factory Studios, bringing energy, movement, and magic to the world of Barnum’s Circus.

They will be helping bring the circus to life! Adding colour, excitement, and heart to every moment they appear.
