Nd dance academy

Going to be starting up my own Over 55s chair movement class
Every Tues at Idle Cricket club 10.30-11.30
Please spread the word this class is a lovely class , we also work on breathing techniques excellent for Anxiety
Im hoping to make lots of new friends
You also do not have to be over 55 if you would prefer a chair class if your balance etc is not so good this ones for you
£5 per session (including tea/coffee cake)

Im looking to come into care homes or assisted living or community centres as a freelance instructor
Fully qualified and insured with years of experiance
