The Summer Solstice is a time when nature finds an energetic peak. The days are long and sprawling and the nights are short and rife for mischief and fun making.
The land is ripe with greenery, blossoming wild flowers and the song of the cuckoos are just petering out in the dawn chorus.
The ancestors of Europe celebrated this time by lighting fires and jumping over them, song, community and watching the sunrise through standing stones.
Whilst we can’t promise fire jumping or erect a stonehenge in Flow State, we would love to celebrate this time with you.
Join Calli, Georgie and Jasmine for an evening of celebration and reflection; connect to the miracle of your body as nature through free flowing, mat free movement (no fire jumping sadly!), reflection, song and community.
We’ll provide snacks and welcome you with a cacao, so please do bring a mug of your own if you have one that feels particularly special or meaningful in your hands and bring something to write with and on.
We’re so looking forward to marking this energetic crest of Midsummer with you.

Your body has its own way of talking—sometimes we just need to create the space to listen. 🐚
We’re hosting a two-hour workshop dedicated to TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) led by . If you’ve been feeling a bit “wound up” lately or find it hard to truly switch off, this practice is designed for you.
TRE uses gentle movement to trigger neurogenic tremors )aka involuntary shaking) that helps your nervous system down regulate & discharge tension from the fascia.
It’s a simple, profound tool for releasing everything from daily stress to older patterns held in the body.

Unlike a standard postnatal class, Mini Movers is a bit more progressive, focusing on building back full-body strength and mobility.
The best bit? Beth handles the entertainment.
From bubbles and bells to songs and sensory play, the little ones are kept busy so you can actually “crack on” with your practice.
Expect a bit of sweat, a lot of play, and a community of parents who totally get the “balancing act” of life with a toddler.
