The best way to enjoy getting back on track 💪🏼
After a few months of feeling like I’m treading water, I feel soooo ready for the next phase of my journey.
It’s not much to ask is it? I just want to feel stronger in my body & mind, for my clothes to fit better, have more confidence & feel healthy & energised.
A bit like you I’d imagine.
All totally doable without losing yourself in the process too. I actually started to hone in on this a few weeks back & was like “ya know what? This would be so much more fun if someone was there to talk about this with”…
So I hired Matt 🙌🏼
It’s wild how weird I felt admitting that this is how I want to feel though. That cheeky fear of judgement creeping in 😈
I think there’s this perception that everyone in the fitness industry has it all together 100% of the time. But every once in a while we gotta remind ourselves, we’re human too 🤷🏻♀️ and some of us do better being coached ourselves too! So here we are.
Let’s go 💪🏼

4 tools I swear by to help you get into a better headspace around your training 💪🏽 and they still stand strong today.
Free, simple to action and all things that are massively underestimated (in my opinion of course!)
01 ✍🏼 Journaling + practicing gratitude
How can you not benefit from emptying your thoughts on paper and making a list of things you’re thankful for? I practice this daily, not just when I’m not feeling my best self. Sometimes you’ve just gotta let those mental gymnastic sessions have an outlet 💆🏼♀️
02 👁️ Visualisation
There’s a reason the top athletes do it, and a reason vision boards work so well. You need to know where you’re heading! Stop keeping things as wishes + wants, and start making steps to creating your new reality / identity.
03 ✅ Front-loading
Putting action into practice by getting ahead of the game. Best-case scenario you get more done, worst-case you do your bare minimum. But you’ll feel so much more accomplished (and perhaps smug!) for getting in there early 🐥🪱
04 🗓️ Put it in your diary
This’ll be underestimated until everyone starts doing it. Your personal time shouldn’t be an after thought. “I forgot” when it comes to you + your health shouldn’t be a thing. To make it easier, try to block out the same time each week to build up a consistent routine. You deserve better than that 🫶🏼
Is there anything I’ve missed? 🤔

The longer you’re out of action, the harder it can feel to get moving again. Which is why you never want to totally drop the ball (if you can help it!!) 👇🏽
Letting everything fall apart is like having one flat tyre and deliberately popping all the others. If you’re the type to do this… this is what’s holding you back from seeing great results 🛞
It’s so common for me to see this pattern 👇🏽
No training = comfort eating = late nights + disrupted sleep = low mood + energy = negative headspace = less likely to return to training because it feels ‘too hard’ 🫠
You don’t need to sabotage the lot when one thing feels challenging to do 🙅🏼♀️
Instead, it can look like this 👇🏽
No training = prioritise good food = better quality sleep = better mood + energy = better headspace to deal with the challenge of not training = more likely to return to training asap!
Stop focusing on how much time you’ve lost, and start making it count! 💪🏼 and if you need any help with this, pop me a DM 📲

A quick & easy meal you can make in just 20 minutes 👩🏼🍳 and you don’t need to be a chef either 🫶🏼
When life gets busy (*ahem* all the time), it can be a real challenge to get that good nutrition in your belly can’t it?
So here’s a high protein meal you can chop up and chuck in an airfryer (or oven!) whilst you tie up those loose ends at the end of a busy day.
Easy to make extra portions too 🫱🏼🫲🏽 tasty, nutritious and delicious.. what more could you want?
