wearing all new code chloebfitness for money off
it doesn’t have to be complicated. I want to lose a little bit of body fat so will be focusing on these 6 things:
1️⃣ filling my plate with volume foods. Foods that will fill my plate and fill me up whilst being low calorie
2️⃣ repeating the same meals for breakfast and lunch to make it super simple. Meals that work on repeat 🔁
3️⃣ not eating my children’s left overs. I do this way too often and it all adds up!
4️⃣ not buying in the foods that I over indulge in normally. The foods I know I can’t say no I wont be having them in the house!
5️⃣ more water. Thats it.
6️⃣ fasting from 7pm-7am giving me a shorter window to eat in, making it easier to eat a little less.
Make sure you save this one if you’re wanting to lose some body fat too!

an excuse to stay up wasting time in the evening-scrolling or Netflix bingeing
Getting up early to train first thing is a great routine to set. It’s something I’ve been doing for four years and of course there are times when it doesn’t happen but when it does it works so well.
