Love spending time to absorb our amazing new view!
Two consecutive nights, one full of tranquility and calm, the other with flashes of busyness and movement.
It made me think of how our emotions and energy can change from one moment to the next, whether we like it or not, just like our environment.
Whatever you're experiencing, ask yourself if it's useful. If not, what do you need more of? More movement in your day, or a little more calm?
Spending a moment in my garden definitely has filled me with the calm I needed before a busy day ๐

Last year, we planned and developed a range of Happy Confident Kids family well-being trails, around some of the UK's most beautiful rivers and canals.
I'm so excited to say, these are now ready to explore!

We can all have very critical views of ourselves and our children are no different. Whether it's how they look, what they cannot do, if they are enough, or if their feelings of anger, sadness or anxiety are the right ones to bring into a session.
I recently had this phrase put to me and it really resonated..
"You've brought yourself, that's enough!"
Make sure you keep telling yourself and your kids that you are enough, especially during difficult times..and I'll do the same ๐
